Hi! I’m Barbara, and I’m an international yoga & meditation instructor, sound healing & breath work guide, & health coach, based in Palm Beach County, Florida.
My commitment is to guide you towards a calmer nervous system, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing through health coaching, healing breath work, grounding yoga practices, and calming meditation and sound baths.

Having worked in the corporate world and as an entrepreneur for 20 years, I’ve experienced firsthand the toll that stress and burnout can take on our lives.
It was during my journey towards healing that I discovered the incredible power of holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound baths. They became my grounding tools, allowing me to reconnect with myself amidst the chaos.
My mission is to share these grounding tools with you, guiding you toward a more resilient, fulfilling way of life and self-care.
