I have been certified as a RYT 200 hour since 2021, and am currently working on my RYT 300 hour to become RYT 500 hour certified.

I specialize in all forms of restorative yoga and meditation, in particular the following:

Slow Flow - intentional movement in alignment with our breaths, to ground the body and calm the mind.

Yin Yoga - deep, restorative stretches for release, reflection, and renewal.

Restorative Yoga - a very gentle practice that incorporates blocks, bolsters, and blankets for a deeply restorative experience.

Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation experience that brings deep relaxations and awareness.

All of my yoga and meditation classes are deeply nourishing for your nervous system. They restore balance and mental clarity, bring you back to your breath and your intuition, and leave you feeling grounded, calm, and restored.

My classes usually start with a calming breath exercise, and end in Savasana, resting pose, where I weave in meditation and sound healing while you melt into the ground and let all thoughts, worries and tension go, just letting sounds and words wash over you and bring you back to yourself.

I offer a variety of formats:

  • 1:1 private classes, online & in-person (South Florida)

  • Group classes of any size, online & in-person (South Florida)

  • Teaching at vacation resorts globally

  • Teaching corporate workshops and wellbeing programs for employees globally

  • Teaching at Retreats globally
